

Believe it or not, it’s almost Thanksgiving! Time to gather with family and friends, watch football, and if you’re like me, in charge of the Turkey dinner. Each recipe has a slightly different twist and claims to be the “Best Roasted Turkey”.
Here are some tips to keep it delicious and simple:
- Season generously.
- Buy a good thermometer, this one is my favorite ___
- Cook low and slow
- Take out the turkey when the thermometer reads 165 degrees, then cover in foil.
