- Spaghetti & Meatballs: A fan favorite, the crème de la crème of Gaetano’s, and ultimate comfort food. This dish is the essence of our family. Made with our Grandma Dot’s untouched meatball recipe, our Dad’s meat sauce and delicious spaghetti – this simple dish reminds us of Sunday dinners with family.
- Bruschetta: So simple and refreshing yet SO good. There isn’t much to Bruschetta – fresh roma tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper on top of grilled bread. Why is it so addicting? Because these flavors blend together perfectly – salty, acidic, refreshing and doesn’t weigh you down before a meal!
- Garlic Cheese Bread: Made with our Uncle Paul’s fresh bread from Giuliano’s Gardena, garlic butter, parmesan, local whole milk mozzarella from Sierra Cheese, and baked to perfection – this appetizer is something that everyone at the table can agree on.
- Lasagna: Lasagna is truly a labor of love. It has layers upon layers of pasta, homemade meat sauce, crumbled meatballs, local Sierra whole milk ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, parmesan and is baked to a golden brown. Fun fact: each serving of our Lasagna is over 2 POUNDS! Guests love it because they usually have leftovers for the next day’s lunch.
- The Italian Pizza: Although we have perfected our pizza dough recipe over the years, the ingredients of the Italian Pizza haven’t changed. Our version of a meaty “the works” style pizza is filling and these flavors don’t go out of style. This pizza includes: crumbled sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, red peppers, parmesan, homemade marinara and mozzarella on our 48 hour fermented pizza dough.
- Italian Chopped Salad: Even in the early 90s, salami on salad was a hit! Here we are in 2022 and in our eyes, this salad is perfect. Chopped romaine, salami, mozzarella, garbanzo mix, tomatoes, red cabbage and Italian vinaigrette.
- The Gaetano Sandwich: Our namesake and dedicated to our great Grandfather, Gaetano Giuliano – who, with his sons, started Giuliano’s Delicatessen. This original Italian sub sandwich includes a variety of freshly sliced Italian deli meats such as mortadella, salami, capicola, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, lettuce, tomatoes and a drizzle of Italian dressing on a fresh Giuliano’s Gardena baguette.
- Meatball & Mozzarella Sandwich: …Because if your Grandma is going to make delicious homemade meatballs with her secret recipe, you MUST serve them in as many ways as possible – including a sandwich! Made with Grandma Dot’s meatballs, local whole milk ricotta and melted mozzarella from Sierra Cheese, topped with meat sauce on a toasted Giuliano’s Gardena baguette.
- Chicken Parmigiana: A staple in almost every nearby Italian restaurant with each family’s “twist” that makes it unique. What’s special about our Chicken Parmigiana? We tenderize the meat and add an extra portion – because there is no such thing as small portions in an Italian American family! Served alongside cream marinara tagliatelle and sauteed vegetables, this is a go to comfort food for many guests.
- Eggplant Parmigiana: Similar to the Chicken version mentioned above, this vegetarian friendly meal is both deliciously satisfying and hearty. Eggplant Parmigiana is the original parmigiana dish and it wasn’t until Italians immigrated to the United States when they decided it was time to make a chicken version. The eggplant is thinly sliced, parmesan crusted and baked with homemade tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella and served with Linguini Stefano.
