BRUSCHETTA RECIPE
· 2 LBS ROMA TOMATOES
· 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
· 1/2 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
· 5 MINCED BASIL LEAVES
· SALT TO TASTE
· BREAD OF CHOICE
1. Chop the Roma tomatoes and drain in a colander.
2. Place tomatoes in a large bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients with
tomatoes. Taste.
4. Serve on top of grilled bread. ENJOY!
