30 years ago, Steven and Dori Giuliano opened Gaetano’s in the same shopping center, just across the parking lot from where we are today. The intention was always to serve great food by hospitable people.

When we reflect on the previous 30 years, many things come to mind, but the most important part of this business is the people. The purveyors, team members and guests are what has made our restaurant so special.
